Hi My xperia SP touch freezes while it is getting charged.Is it just the problem with my device or a common problem?
Check if you experience this independent of charger, cable or wall socket.
There may be a problem with the charger, cable or the source (ground).
I dont have the issue independent of charger .only when the charger is being fixed the touch has a problem.
So you mean that you only experience this problem when using the included charger?
If so, I suggest that you contact your local support team to have the charger examined and fixed.
