Touch doesn't work when i'm in call

Hi All,

I'm using Xperia SP. Touch doesn't work when i'm in call. Plesae help do i need to change any settings.

If you have any task killers/managers installed or any antivirus software installed I suggest that you try to uninstall them.

Try to restart your phone by removing the back cover and press the "OFF" button with a pen or similar.

If you still experience probelem I suggest that you update/repair your phone software using the program PC Companion:

Help me! I have the same problem.

I have allready deleted the Avast anitvirus and restarted by pressing the "OFF" buttun inside with a pen, but the problem stays...

perhaps you have something covering the proximity sensor

I don't think so. I allready removed the cover-sheeld that I bought to protect the phone. Now it is "naked" and I also resetted the phone today, but the problem stays the same.

I bought the Xperia SP 2 weeks ago. Its such a shame, because for the rest the phone is super...

I used to have also problems with my previous phone, the Xpera Go, wich doesn't give any ringtone when someone called me... Sorry to say but maby I have to buy an other brand of phone...?
