touch does not work in some times

When using my phone touch is not work in normally...it works in hard touches only....then i restart the mobile touch works in normal way...please give me the reason of the problem and is it a hardware or software problem?

That seems to be a software issue perhaps an app acting up, boot on safe mode and check again

If while on safemode everything work just fine then its an app, you have two options

1. Uninstall one by one third-party apps

The problem was not solved...so i used the factory reset and then installed third party apps...but after problem not solved....so what is the problem in my phone?

You should contact your local Xperia Care as its a hardware issue.
