To JB or not to JB (TL)?

I just saw that Sony has the JB update that was just released today, through the website. However, AT&T has not yet sent out this update. I have been reading up on all the problems that other users have been having since updating. The build # is 9.1.F.1.120. So, what do you all think? Should I use the update through the Sony website or wait until I get the notification from AT&T?

Thanks in advance!

Well, so much for updating to JB. Went to the Sony website, and it turns out that they removed the update, so that AT&T can release it themselves. And big surprise, AT&T has yet to release it! Oh well! Se La Vi!

Believe me,

Seeing the disaster that Sony made with the update to JB, is even better that for now you don't update, at least til the day (week, month, year or century) that Sony decides to fix ALL the bugs.

It is just a shame what they did with JB update.

For now, better for you if you cannot update.

Not sure what issues you are having but I love the JB udpate.  The phone actually feels smoother than on ICS.

AT&T is HORRIBLE releasing updates, if you want JB now and w/o AT&T's bloatware this is how

just make sure that you exclude the baseband otherwise you will lose LTE, it doesn't hurt to create a backup of the current firmware

Same here. i got the .489 update though Bell Mobility here in Canada. The JB update has performed better. The camera app is faster and performs better. The overall display looks better. The walkman app is also smooth. Just a slight lag at the home screen when sliding through home screens. The screen mirroring has a bad delay with the PTV3000 now. Not sure if this is the new update firmware through netgear or sony's screen mirror update on JB. Hope this gets solved. hard to see the T struggling to mirror.
