tipo wont turn on

i shut down my tipo and now it won't turn on. there is no lights or any sign of life even if i try to charge it. please help.

Remove the battery from the phone for a while. Try to charge it for a couple of hours. If the phone still won't start I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > Press the blue link 'repair phone'. Then follow the instructions in the program.
