Tipo Single Sim issue

I am having hearing Issue with my Sony Xperia Tipo Single Sim i.e. whenever i call someone using the handsfree then i get to hear my voice back, whats this issue and what can i do for it.

Secondly, the handsfree given with this handset is of poor quality and not even the earbuds which is very popular these days, So can i change my handsfree with earbuds handsfree so i can have a good sound at my price of 10,000???

Does this occur on all calls or just calls to certain numbers?

It occurs on every call, i get to hear my voice back when i use the handsfree but when i call without handsfree there is no problem.

Is there any way by which i can exchange my handsfree with a good quality handsfree with earbuds?
