Tipo not turning on

My tipo is not turning on. It is not even showing sony logo. when i hold the power button it just vibrates several times with 2 seconds gap between each vibration.

please help me

Connect to wall charger,keep it charging for 2 hours,try to turn it on after.

it is fully charged... coz when i connect it to my laptop green led glows

Download sony update service,repair the device software.

that is the main prob... its not even being detected by my pc

Have you tried taking out the battery,let the phone 1 minute,put it back in?
