tipo gallery & music player issues

im using xperia tipo for the last 2.5 months, i have been facing an issue that the gallery and music player is not loading.its really fustrating.i did the master reset once and it was okey for sometime...but now the isssue has started again.when i called ur cc, they told me to do a software repair still no use.after a few weeks, the error starts up again...please help me with this......this error is destroying all the usability of this phone

Disable the Gallery app and use QuickPic. Its full & free.

After phone reboots, don't touch it at least 1 min. Go to Settings>Storage and check if you can see Audio Size and Photos's Size on SD Cards. If all that is ready, launch Music Player.

If this doesn't work, Unmount and Mount SD card.

Actually...the thing is, while this thing is happening,when i enter the storage settings,it doesnt even shows internal memory & sd card memory.....this error has occured many times for me now

And my gallery and music player apps are not updating real time. that is is i download a new song or move a song to another location, it doesnt appear on the music player. the music player gets updated only after a restart.same is the case for gallery also.
