Tipo flashes green for half a second

Hi, my Tipo led flashes green for half a second when I turn it on. After a while the led turns on green(with charger cable connected) and bottom lights turn on. When I press the buttons they sometimes make the phone viabrate. I have flashed phone with stock rom. Do you think the screen is dead?

I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using SUS.
