Hi
I bought a sony tipo dual at last week and I have a problem with WIFI network
when I put 2 sim card I cann't see any SSID on wifi, when I remove Sim card SSID Has been shown and I can connect to wifi network!
Please help me, what do can I do?
That’s a problem I have not seen before. I would advise trying a secondary SIM if possible and if this does not resolve the problem then try an update/repair:
1. Before you start you have to download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Once installed on your PC, double-click the PC Companion icon on your desktop to start the update.
Note! For some models you will be prompted to do a backup prior to the update and then restore.
3. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
4. Phone Software Update.
5. Start.
6. Repair Phone
7. Continue
8. Accept data removal
9. Next
10. Wait for prepare
11. Select Phone
12. Follow the connection steps

Hi Dear Sam,
The interesting thing is that my phone had this problem occurred since the last update!
After I updated the phone yesterday, the wireless system does not work.
On and off, but does not find any network.
Also, I feel it is very slow after the update.
Hi everybody
i bought a sony tipo dual today and have the exact problem. when i put 2 sim card at same time the wifi is not works but with one sim card everything is ok.
another issue is the toch is not work fine. can i calibrate the touch?
please help!
update phone firmware to Build number 11.0.A.1.8
all problem if fixed
Test With Linksys Wap54G With Hidden SSID
I've exactly the same problem, after upgrading to 11.0.A.1.8 and two times reparing via PC Companion, even with one SIM, problem remains.
It appears that Sony isn't going to fix this bug. I'm really dissapointed.
