This is the best way I got.

But because of my office timings, I can not do this procedure.

BUT WE CAN MAKE SONY TO REFUND OUR COMPLETE MONEY + SETTELEMENT AMOUNT + BAN TIPO DUAL handset in india.

Because, we all know that, there is defect in this product and anybody can prove it on any Tipo dual handset in the court with his eyes shut.

The defect [echo issue] is Non-repairable - As per sony authorised service center and they even said that it is BY DESIGN.

So, they can be witness in the court.

What we can prove in  the court -->

1. We have paid full money for the phone [As, rule is you must have paid for the product and you have the bill. That's it.]

2. The product is delivered with defect hence we want replacement.

3. The replaced product is also suffering from the same defects.

4. Sony Authorised service center is unable to solve this problem.

5. Sony has not committed to fix this issue by anyway.

5. Conclusion - Sony has cheated us by delivering defected piece taking the full amount.

What we want -->

1. Complete Refund of the product [Because replacement is not possible] + settlement for mental torture.

2. Court shold officially declare the letter for consumer about defective product.

3. Ban this product in India [as I'm talking to indian customers only]

4. Issue a "Show Cause" Notice to Sony.

Please note that - I'm not any service agent for the website I posted.. I gone through Rights of the consumer in India and really impressed. I can't do this procedure because of my hectic office schedules. I'm a computer engineer in Pune.

If anyone is going to follow this then please update me also. As I'm ****ingly frustrated with this **** phone...!

I'm sorry to hear about the problem you experience with your phone. I have forwarded the echo problem and it's being investigated but unfortunately I have no news at the moment but I will get back to you here on the forum as soon as I hear anything.
