Tipo dual restart problem

The sony xperia tipo duel i have is 4 months old and it restarts automatically every time i use it , i called the customer support for service center in bangalore they gave me the address of service address of tv and cd player , then searched and found the xperia service center there was a queue of 60 and more. This phone company of yours is a pure CHEAT, if this fault not rectified i will recommend my known not to buy SONY

I suggest that you contact your local support team to raise this and check if there are any alternative repair centers in your area.

Did you every get your phone sorted out?    I ask because my Tipo Dual resets itself as well and I sent the phone to Sony and it still has the issue. 

My phone usually resets when I am in a very poor or no signal area for one of the sims.

I would like more info about your fault conditions.
