tipo dual crashes

Hi I am using tipo dual from last three months in india 2g network. The problem I face is tha 6 out of 10 times the phone hangs when a call arrives.

The phone freezes and an alert is shown which says com.android has stopped working.This may be due to lot of apps open simultaneously, at that time but am making a guess still i am not sure about that.

Do we have any support patch for this issue. Please guide. The version build is 11.0.a.1.8 and I have sim in both slots.

SD card is installed but problem existed before SD card usage in this device.

Your phone software is old. Latest one is 11.0.a.6.5. Update it via PC companion. Install PC companion in your computer and update phone software.

Second, install only useful applications. Over crowding phone with applications make OS buggy and unresponsive sometimes because it has only 512 MB RAM and single core CPU. Such phones can not tolerate overload of applications and crashes.

Third, Restart your mobile phone after every few days. This helps refreshing operating system and make it perform better.
