When will the problem be resolved ?

I'm brand new to xperia (being an LG user for years) and never had these kind of fundamental issues.

Again, please supply a timescale for provision of a fix.

As a developer myself there's no excuse not to provide some time frame.

I totally agree. There is some kind of a third party from a 3rd party for other Xperia versions. I hope something comes up for ours

A fix for this issue has been created and it is included in a new version of Timescape™ plug-in.

The new version of the Timescape™ plug-in started rolling out on January 14 and will continuously be rolled out over the next 8 weeks (until mid March).

Depending on phone software and customization, you will receive the update either via Google Play store or via the Update Centre application in the phone. Once the update is installed on the device, Facebook updates will work again.

My Xperia Acro S is 1 month old now... and still cannot use facebook on timescape.. it always says "could not update from facebook" I have tried if there is an update on google play but my timescape extension for facebook is up to date, but still could not update on facebook.. I can post my status on facebook from my timescape but not see any updates from my friends or what so ever.. i can only see the post the i have been posted but not any other than that... How can i fix that? Eversince i have bought my phone, i have never experienced the facebook timescape.. The twitter extension is working though, but im not a twitter fan and does not have any friends w/ twitter.. so no use...

Please Help Sony.. I have supported sony eversince.. PS1,PS2,PS3,PSP,PSVITA,Walkmans.. and so on... so please dont let us down Sony...
