I noticed that everytime i turn on my cp there is a sort of welcome icon with the word TIM and there are other apps that were in spanish wht should i do with the apps?

When I turn on phone aside from the sony word i see another welcome note TIM with a blue background,,, And there are apps preinstalled with spanish or portuguese language

Probably your phone was brought from TIM.Where are you from?Did you get your phone new?
