three questions from a beginner!

Hi,

recently i bought this product and have two problems:

if i don´t touch the screen for 15 sec, it turns off. In settings (screen & security) I increased the time (locking time) to 60 secs, but it hasnt helped. And still after 15 secs screen turns off (however gets locked after 60 secs, which is not so helpful by its own), and I should press the button (power button) to turn the screen on.

1. how can I increase the time, that screen turns off after 60 secs? Where can I find associated settings?

2. How can I make it in a way that turn the screen on also by touching the screen? I don´t want to turn it on just by pressing power button.

3. I tried to located my phone, when & if its stolen but all times I get error that I shall install & activate the app "my xperia" in settings. but i don´t have such option in my settings!

Could you please guide me for these problems?

2) That feature it's only on the Sony Xperia Z3 series but you might be able to find a similar app on the Play Store

as for no.2: sorry but i really have no idea what to search; which keywords shall i use to find good apps? 

as for no.3: in Security, i don´t have any "protection by my Xperia". what then?
