I brought the damaged vivaz to the service center in Jayapura. After one week, they said they can’t repair it and they can’t replace my vivaz with a new one since they are only “level 2” service center.
My Vivaz has to be sent to Jakarta and I must wait for 2 or 3 month. Is this the way you treat your customers?
I want a quick solution. I’ve paid your device, and I have rights to get a good device, not a malfunctioned device.
So, I want a simple solution from sony ericsson, either replace my vivaz with a new one, or simply refund my money, or suggest me a better solution. I don’t want to wait 2 months to use a thing that I’ve paid about one month ago.

I bought a Sony Ericsson Vivas on July, 24 2010 at Ambassador mall in Jakarta. The phone was working good. Today, the display suddently dead. I don't know what's wrong. I've been using the phone for just about 2 hours since I bought it. The machine itself seems to be working since I can receive call.
The problem is, I live in Jayapura. Is there any service center in Jayapura?

Still no answer from Sony Ericsson... D**n, I will NOT buy any sony ericsson device ever again, and I will the one who will tell how bad your support to my customers if they ask me about your phones..
And you will never get an answer. When they don't know the answer, they simply ignore you.
They disabled my logon once and the instructions said to press a button on the screen and a new password will be sent. Never got the email. Wrote them an email and they insisted that they sent the email. I said send it again. Never got it. When they make an error, they lie about it. But if you think SE is bad, try BlackBerry. Ouch!
you know, you are right. I want to know how I can get the phone to download a .rar file. I sent 2 emails, and put a question here on this board. I check a little later, and 10 people had read it, but now it is deleted, and any responses to it. Something fishy here.
Yeah, I wonder how a company as big as sony ericsson has a terrible support like this..
One thing for sure, There will be no "bundling" phones with my products anymore! Period!

Thanks for replying (even after 9 days) :smileysad:, They did replied my mail(after 3rd or 4th resend), saying that they will look into this issue, and no further reply till today. The service center in Jayapura did called me few days ago, saying that the phone has been repaired and they've changed all the machine inside(I thought I was supposed to get 1 to 1 replacement???). I haven't take it yet, because I'm out of the town right now. I'll pick it maybe on saturday, and since they changed all the machine(??), I'm hoping the IMEI is still the same. otherwise I wont take it unless they give me a new box with matching IMEI number (I'm planning to sell this phone, I've given up using your products :smileyhappy:, no hard feeling
