Thinking New Phone

i Have Xperia SP and i like so much this Device and i was thinking to buy better xperia like Xperia Z2 or other.

But i read and Xperia SP is not having KitKat  and i think, if i buy Xperia Z1 or Z2 they stop android development in Android L and if gets Android L i supose it gets in June-August 2015. We better should buy other phone that can be updated like Nexus 5, Moto X (2nd Gen), iPhone (like iPhone 3gs gets iOS6 3 years later),
