the walkman

I have a lot of different songs on my phone. Some of them directly downloaded from the internet, others transferred with Bluetooth and lots of them taken from my pc with usb. Now, the problem is that when I want to play some of the songs it says "cannot play track" buuut if I go in the folder and I play the track from there, it works.... I don't get it.... It deives me crazy, please help

Settings > apps > all > walkman > clear data > restart your phone

But this way all my content will be deleted, right???

it shouldn't, it will delete the cache and settings but not your music

Anytime
