How to solve this issue 'unfortunately com.android.phone has stopped'

Whenever I restart my phone 2 error messages are appearing. One is when I open Facebook lite app it says unfortunately stopped. Only first time this message come next time onwards no problem. Next is unfortunately com. android. Phone has stopped. What's the problem in my phone

If I restart the device, every time this message is appears "The process com.android.phone stopped".
I clear data of phone service and restart the device but no use. Please help to solve this issue.

Did this behaviour start after something specific happened to the device, for example after a software update? Could you try to see if the same occurs while in safe mode?

I does not know from when will this problem starts. But each time i restart the phone this message will appears and gone.I am not tried in safemode.

In that case could you first try to see if it occurs in safe mode as well? Let me know how it behaves there, it'll be a good way to see which direction we should steer the troubleshooting going forward.
