The dock (DK25) not work

I have Xperia V and a new dock (DK25).

I have connected the dock with my notebook computer and insert my xperia v into the dock, but no any respones. Then I have try

1. Direct connect my xperia V to notebook computer with the USB cable. it work.

2. The dock with xperia direct connect to external battery supply. it work

How can i do?

The DK25 is only a charging dock so it only supports charging no USB connection. If the phone is not charging via USB from your computer the distributed power from the USB ports might be too low.

The Sony Indonesia site shows the accessory.  I did not see CS chat avail. for your region; however, I did find contact info...see link below.

I bought one and it caters to my needs.  However, please remember that it only charges the phone.
