The camera does not work

My xperia u have less than a month. The camera suddenly stopped working, perhaps because of the flash, I don't know. I tried to fix with Pc Companion and Update Service to repair. Nothing Helped.

My question is, will serve de ICS update to fix this error? or is this a hardware problem. Thanks and sorry for my English.

I'm a little disappointed, I have never had any problems with any phone of any brand.

I mean, that ceased to operate the camera suddenly. Use it if you tried, said: "that the camera is not available".

I have gone down other cameras to prove and no opens. One of them told me that, "some program, it was using the camera, and that the phone will reboot". But nothing worked.

1. repair it SUS

2. reformat the internal memory

3. do not install any app

4. uninstall mcafee

5. try to use the camera
