Hi guys when I get a text is there any way on a z3 for the text to be more forward than just a little thing in the corner while in the lock screen.

There is no real way to change the layout of the SMS notification by default. I can only really suggest that you try a third party application that gives you more options like this.

I suggest trying Handcent from the Play Store.

No I mean when I get a text and the phone is off and locked I want it to light up and have a icon in middle of screen like I get for facebook.

Only the LED will show in this case. The above information would still be relevant to your request, a third party app could achieve this type of task.
