Hello,

There maybe a very simple solution to this problem but it has happened more than once and I can't remember how to get back my original keyboard - which is as per the below. 

However, my keyboard is now like the below and when I press the EN button it also comes up in Chinese and Japanese. Can someone help me get it back to look like the above photo.

settings>language &keyboard>portrait keyboard

or try to long press the EN button, you can access the setting from there
