Text messaging problems.

The problem is. I cannot receive, read or create any messages.

What happens. Whenever I click on it, the answer is 'Unfortunately Messages have stopped'.

What I tried -one. I have switch on the smart phone in the SURE mode and it does not work either.

What I tried -two.  I put the phone card in another phone and it worked well.

The question. Is there anything to before sending the phone to SONY, to check it and repair it?

Yes,you could try a software repair of your phone.Download sony update service and follow the steps provided.

To inform all friends. I re-installed the software and re-loaded the data of the smartphone, but the problem with the SMS persisted, was still there; so I repeated it all, but without restoring the old SMS’s, assuming that one of them had been the cause of the error, and it was okay.
