I am a new Xperia Z3 (unlocked) owner, coming over from WindowsPhone, and from iPhone before that. I had no problems getting all functionality of those phones working just fine over car and home speaker bluetooth audio, however I am unable to get my Xperia to perform SMS text functionality over Bluetooth. I don't believe I have any problems pairing my phone, and audio and phone calls work just fine. Texts however just go to my phone rather than the Bluetooth system which would read them aloud. I tried with a bluetooth speaker in my house, and the same thing happened as in my car.
Does the Z3 not natively perform SMS text functionlity over bluetooth?
