Text Message Sending Problem

i can receive any local and international message.and also can send message to local.but wheneve i try to send any international number with country code my xperia Tx message me "Unable To Send".

there is no problem with message center number.

i tried Default Message Application and "Go Sms Pro"....

what should i do for sending international message......

yes.i've sent many international message when i used another mobile.........
