Text message history?

How do I find a list of the numbers of I have sent texts to?

On my Nokia phones I have always had a text message history which shows the numbers I have sent text messages to.

I have deleted a text from a number I din't have saved but now need to find the

If you dont have the number in contacts or in call list I think its gone when you delete the message, sorry

If you dont have some sort of backup on your text messages?

I am having a similar need: For phone calls, there exists a clear menu which displays all the incoming and outgoing calls in the past few days, but I cannot find a similar menu for text messages. Is there a way to view a list of recently incoming and outgoing text messages?
