Terrible Service from Sonystyle

I bought Xperis S before it release to the US and of course it was not the US model. I run into problem with yellow tin issue and have been trying to contact Sony to have it repair but to my bad luck I always get the respond that since it's not US model and US will not fix or repair it. I like sony and just switch from Iphone. In fact, I bought (2) Xperia S and Xperia Ion but the experience will change my thought about Sony phone

I am sorry to hear about this, however we do always advise purchasing a handset that is released for use in the country that you intend to use it in to prevent this issue.
