I bought sony xpreia z3 compact and after 10days it broke and I send it to the techincal service at 3 september. In the same day they accepted to change it. From 3 september to today I called both Sony Turkey and techinal service numerous times but any time they do not help me. It is extremly annoying for waiting a phone for 80 days. Please help me. Your Turkey office are extremly annoying and they don't help me. Please 80 days is very very long for waiting for it. Also at 13 october when I call techinal service they said me that your europe office informed them about my phone and they said that my phone will come in 10days( it was 13 october) but I'm still waiting. Please I'm begging you for help
