Taken photos/videos sometimes are saved TWICE...

Hello everyone, when i open my camera and try to take a photo or video, later i find that some of them are saved twice in the gallery. I deleted copied ones to free up the memory and everything seemed was fine but... after some hours, I opened gallery to show taken pictures/videos to my friend and they were gone:((( Then I remembered that "doubled" photos/videos had the same names, not like e.g. "photo1.jpg and photo1(1).jpg", they were same.

Pls anyone answer or explain why this happens time by time, now i'm not deleting but it's really bad to see images and videos appier wtice in gallery.

That sounds strange. What you could try is to first copy your important files from the Internal storage to your computer. Or the same if you use the SD card as camera memory.

Then format the storage and check if the problem can be replicated.

Thanks for reply... I'm using SD card as camera memory, 32GB with speed class 10. How should I format it? Under Settings=>Storage=>Erase SD card? Or by PC via card reader? If you reccomend by computer then wich file system should I use? NTFS or FAT32?

I suggest that you format it in the phone as you described.

I've just erased SD card, then took some pictures and the result is the same:(( I just wonder, how is it possible to save 2 copies of 1 photo in the same directory with exact same filenames and details...

Now I'm going to change storage place back to the internal memory, will get back if anything changes... thanks

I've changed memory location and now noticed that after taking photo and directly trying to see the result (pressing lower right preview button) the screen blinks several times, seems like insufficient RAM problem, and when it happens the picture is saved two times! Did anybody face the same problem? I thought 1GB of RAM will be ok for everything but it isn't enough even for the Camera...:(

did you ever get a response?? i'm having the same problem, i delet photos from my phone, soon as i connect to my pc it adds them again! F'''n annoying! If my phone is connected to my pc and i delete photos, they automatically show up on my phone again!! anyone have a solution to this annoyance???

if i don't get a solution here soon, i'm goin back to iphone. never had so many issues and bugs to fix as when i switched to sony/android.
