same thing with my phone. i sent it in for repair, but they're taking their sweet time repairing it, and i havent got it back yet (10 business days to repair it? how do i live without my phone for 10 business days?!) not only did my screen go blank, the screen used to freeze up all the time, and the text appeared all distorted and messed up. the phone itself works fine, i can make and receive calls, but what good is a phone with no screen?
sony ericsson is a joke, this is the first and last SE phone that i buy. their support is horrible, and from the looks of it, there is clearly something wrong with this phone, it needs to be recalled. i'm guessing the flex cable that connects the screen to the mainboard is faulty and wears out too quickly. its either that or the lcd screen itself is messed up.
i also had a problem with the charging port breaking so my phone wouldnt charge. i sent it in and they fixed it. why dont they just stop using their stupid specialized SE charging port and start making their phones with MICRO USB connectors?
i'm sick of this phone!
