Can someone give me the ftf (rom) link for 19.0.D.0.251 or 19.0.D.0.269 version? Please because 19.0.D.0.253 is having issuse with camera quality.

I'd advice you to check over at XDA forums as there doesn't seem to be anyone here who can help you out with getting this rom.
