system updating

My xperia p smartphone at present is of Android version 4.0.4, Build number 6.1.1.B.1.54. How do i do to upgrade or rather to update the system to Build number 6.1.1.B.1.75?? Pease help

Use PC Companion or SUS to update ur device !!

Like me, not everyone gets an update notification for update to Jelly Bean. Nor with PCC, nor using SUS.

Since then, not experienced only one error/bug with this clean installation of the stock rom. Still a very happy owner of the Xperia P after 1,5 year since i bought is.
