system crashed for no reason

I've bought a Sony Xperia Miro 1 month ago... Soon after it started to freeze and now it isn't even turning on!! I sent it for repairs and they gave me a mere explaination that its system has crashed and it can't be repaired... the of having handled my phone with utmost

care just can't explain this unusual breakdown!!! Please suggest me what to do!!!!!!!!:smileysad:
