Sync problem with FB inside Xperia!

Hi Guys,

I have an Arc S and synchronized my calendar with FB inside xperia. There is an event on my facebook that has daily occurrence up to April and made me crazy.

I have declined the event and removed myself from invited people, but as I synchronize again with my calendar, I see the same event filled my calendar. I also logged out from FB and signed in again, but the event is still there.

Any idea how to remove this crazy event from my calendar?

open the calendar app -> press MENU -> my calendars -> tap on facebook -> not visible

But in that case, I lose all my other facebook events and birthdays! that will make everything invisible. I only want to remove this specific event and not to see it next time i open my calendar.

ok I get it, you just declined the event, but the event is still there, on facebook, one of your friend is attending or created it, thats why it remains there, you need to click on the X (on your computer) so it will be deleted from your fb, and consequently, from your Xperia

I did remove myself from invited guests and clicked on X next to my name. FB confirmed that my name is removed from declined guests. I logged out the FB and reintegrated with FB inside Xperia. But the same event exists next to other events and shows in my calendar! 

I did remove my name from three invited events, It doesnot show when i loggin in facebook but it shows in my calendar.

Seems it won't be removed from my calendar?!

Try re-syncing the Facebook account in the phone. Menu > Settings > Accounts & sync.

If it still appears try to delete to Facebook accounts under Accounts & sync. Reboot the phone and log in to the Facebook app again.

The sync accounts for Facebook will be automatically created again, check if this calendar event still appears.

I did the same Johan, but when I saw the same event over my calendar, I realized the problem is somewhere else.

I logged in the Facebook and looked for all events that person invited me. There were more than 5 inivitations which i declined and were hidden. I removed my name from every single event and invitation, then logged out from my FB, restarted the phone and integrated FB inside Xperia.

My problem solved and now I have a clear calendar.
