My Xperia T is constantly switching itself off!
I have noticed that it only does this if I have Data Traffic switched ON.
I have rebooted the phone, retarted the phone AND tried a factory re-set.........
Still the same problem. PHONE CUTS OFF WHEN DATA TRAFFIC IS ON!
Please someone help.
Thanks.
Have you tried repairing the phone software? If not, give it a try:

Repairing your phone is a waste of time and Sony know this. I have this issue and so have many others. I have restored/updated/factory reset. I even run my device without any google account attatched and issue remained.
From all my research and reading others input who have had this issue it looks to be an issue with the power management voltage technical blah blah blah blah. In other words your battery is DEAD.
People have reported fixing the issue by replacing with 3rd party batteries but I am sure this breaks the warranty. I havent had an opportunity to send my device off but have learnt alot about what kicks this reboot loop into action so have adjusted my usage accordingly until I can send it off for Sony to fix.
I foresee this issue becoming much more widespread as devices get older I just dread that I will get this fixed then it will crap out again in a few months time.
Sony are yet to acknowledge or make a statement on this enlarging issues with dying Xperia T batteries but a quick internet serach and you start to see the scale of the issue and I am seeing a sharp increase in complaints about this issue even over the last week.
I have the same problem and repering and update don't help.
If a software repair/update doesn't help you should send in the phone to a service center for repair, as there isn't much you can do by yourself. Contact your local Xperia Support for more information:

I also have the same problem, but my device -and battery- is almost new (I bought it 2 weeks ago)! Is it possible that the battery is already dead?? Moreover, I experience the problem only with mobile data on. Never with WIFI until now! If it was a battery problem, it should reboot with WIFI too I think...
Doesn't sound like a battery issue if it doesn't happen when on WiFi. Did you try to repair the software like i mentioned in a post here above? If not, give it a try as it does indeed sound like a software issue.
no, I didn't try to repair it, I want to further observe how my device behaves.
Yesterday, It worked perfectly with mobile data on, until the battery fall under 30%, when it had the first reboot. Then, I switched mobile data off, and turned on WiFi and it didn't reboot until 20% (did not test further). So another observation could be that it does not do it -even with mobile data on- until the battery is almost exhausted...
