Whenever my mobile gets fully charged blue light notification comes. After that i used to on screen by pressing power button but it not works. I have to open memory card slot and power off the mobile using needle and then switch on the mobile. Give me the solution and reason.. Whenever I used to download anything in playstore or other same problem occurs.

I tried so many times. hard reset also made same same problem.

Hi @sharath_nair

You can also try to connect your device to a wall charger and then press and hold power & volume up for more than 10 seconds. Let it charge for 2 to 3 hours, even if it doesn't seem to be charging. You can try by plugging the usb cable as you hold volume down too.
