SUS Error

Hello

My phone has a problem - it isnt turning on .

I downloaded SUS to fix the Issue , but SUS had 2 problems :

1 - the first time , it suddenly crashed . I retried several times , but it was crashing . It was written : contact support .

2 - after a while , I tried again , but this time , there was a problem :

It writes :

checking connected phone ...

the green line reaches the end but it doesnt go to the next step .

please help me - its my only phone and its been off for more than a week !!!

Which is your PC platform ?

Try your mobile device to charge minimum 30 mins using a wall charger, it might be because your battery drained completely...

Sure , I'm going to use another computer today .

It's HP pavilion .
