Support, Please Help...! Yellow tint in photos with sola.

Hi,

well all those whose complain about ICS bugs, slows, lags whatsoever, i am not into that, and i really dont face them on my SOLA...!!!!!!

Have a decent bettery life lasting upto a day and couple of hours, on a moderate usage. (wifi+calls). Also, perhaps i am on a rooted device, i managed to get rid of my apps which i never need (bloatware), also set a trimed startup, with startup manager, my SOLA is really quick and not at all

facing any lags or slowdowns...

"But, my real issue is with my camera, i get a yellow tint when taking photos with FLASH  ON. But same is ok without flash. I tried the White balance, a bit, but still it was working fine with auto settings on GB... only now with ICS i have this kind of issue.

I had tried repairing the phone s/w with the update service, still the problem persists... Please help me how to resolve this."

i am also facing this problem since when i upgraded to ics.while adjusting cam angles for taking photes i can observe the yellow tint.even flash is not co-ordinating with cam espacialy at night,the flash comes first and then after thephoto is captured so in full dark conditions i can only have black photos no flash in them.i have posted it many times but no support.if u get any help please tell me

But I suggest that you check that the lens and flash cover is clear. If yes, and you still get tinted pictures using flash I think that this needs to be checked at an repair center.

My lenses are clear, the tinted problem occurs only when i use flash, not otherwise.

I think its a bug with auto white balance, because if i select the white balance manually, it gets somewhat accurate picture.

I'm updated my Sola to ICS & this issue came up.

So many times i'd visited service center but, that guys told me not to upgrade it to ICS, Run it on Its base O.S. i.e. GingerBread.

Hope somebody can come up with any solution on this....
