Support app crashes on my Z3

First of all i want to say sorry if i posted on the wrong area, i don't know where to post my concern. So, my support app crashes when trying to post a new thread. I tried disabling, enabling, rebooting and all except repair through pcc. Lol! Anyone knows how to fix this problem? Thank you guys. Hope you're having a good day!

Do you have any antivirus? does it work on safe mode?

Yes, i have the stock AVG protection. It is working before even if the avg is activated. Nope, it is not working on safe mode.

uninstall it > restart the phone > check again

It didn't work, still crashing

Oh! The app can only be disabled. I tried disable>restart>enable nothing happened. Sigh!

Contacting Sony is like doing nothing. Well, I have fixed the problem by resetting my phone. Problem solved. Thank you my good sir.
