Hi, in primis sorry for my english, im italian..
I have the sony xperia u, and is my first sony smartphone. I want trolling around, only some suggestion to make this device better. I know too that gb is in "early" stable state and have small problems. The things that i think you can improve are those:
- camera\video: is wrost that my old htc hd2 with android porting can do better than this.. i know too that gingerbread suck in multimedia part, but i think that you can nullify jpg compression, and improve 720p video bitrate to 10mbps.
-kernel: well, i had first gen of snapdragon processor, later with huawei honor, the 1.4ghz monocore 8255t. I worst that the novathor 1ghz dual core do worst than this 2 processors.. i think its someting relatet to kernel optimization.
-internal storage: can you provide more partition space for user data? 2 gigs for the apps? seriusly? i think is better 5 for photos ecc and 1 for apps.
- root: the warranty state says that: unlocking bootloader may void warranty. Ok, i dont wanna install a custom kernel with oc or cm10. I wanna only root. For 3 things: Adblocker, titanium backup and because the phone is mine, and i wanna do it. But rooting at price to void warranty..
So there is some suggestions, i hope that someone wanna read this page.
