Suggestion about lockscreen.

Just a simple question/suggestion about design. Is it really need to looks like this? (left-now, right-suggestion)

Why xperia still using this ugly white blocks on lockscreen. Its not windows 95 which needs "windows".
We all already know that we can swipe it or press it.

On the right side picture you can see how i think it can looks like (i know its not a lockscreen, i couldnt find better example)
Just a transparet information or maybe block like this now, but more dim or smth would look definetly more sexy

The same thing goes to Music app lockscreen. just look at this, which one looks better? (left sony, right poweramp)

And for the record. Its not a "hate". I love Sony and their design in general. But somethings looks like everybody forget about it and they arent changed since gingerbread.

Sometimes they change something just to make a "change" for example WHATS NEW app.
For some time it was the best designed app i ever see. It was like 3 months ago.
Beautiful transparent app, colors shadows, animation.
And guess what. They updated it. Now it looks like LEGO bricks...
WHY?

My opinion is, that Sony lockscreens are the best.

Why you need beautiful background and barely visible notifications over it? You must quickly watch on phone and see if there is notifications or not, so must be simple and good visible window. Because it is simple, I love Sony design.
