Sudden froze and autorestart

i have huge problem here , my mobile have sudden froze and when i turn back the phone to force close it now it make autorestart i cant even connect it to the PC to have software update , can even do anything to the phone autorestart frozen !!! anyhelp please

Connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > charge it for 1 hour > install SUS and repair your phone

If the information supplied by Uliwooly does not help. I suggest that you first try removing the SIM card and the SD card and testing the device, as a faulty SIM or SD card can cause an issue like this.

However if this does not help, then I can only suggest that you contact Sony Mobile Customer Care via phone.

txxx for your support , but i think i might go to xperia care cause nth help at all i remove sim and SD card and still just when i just open the phone everything froze

same as me...but in my cases it rarely does that, i hope Sony will fix this because this device is awesome!!!! it freeze the screen becomes black then Xperia Logo appear then the Sony logo appears and restarts..
