Recently I have found out that my phone can update to 4.0 android from gingerbread 2.3, I install the PC companion connect my phone, downloading process went well, then when it ask me to follow the steps of deeply USB cable, make sure battery is is atleast 50%, then plug in USB to your computer then connect USB to my phone while holding the volume down, if I have done these steps correctly then I would of proceed to the next stage but it didn't, I stuck at the prepare stage for agges eve repeat the update couple of time, still stuck at where I have to hold down the volume down bottom, so I went off and did some homework, researched if there was any solved problem similar to mine, so eve tried Sony service update still stuck at the same stage as the Sony companion, I try to run the my PC on safe mode, same thing happen, I try to use other windows 8 laptop stuck on the same stage, so what can I do???? i really need this update PLEASE 😧
