Strange Wifi problem with sola

Hi,

   my xperia sola was configured with my home router previously and the connection was successful and I was able to connect to the internet. since the last 2-3 days, I am not able to connect to my home router. when scanned in settings > wireless & networks, the router is not showing up. However, other routers in the vicinity are showing up. And also I am able to connect to the router in my iPod touch. I have not changed any settings in my router recently and the mobile used to connect to the router previously. My mobile even gets connected to my office wifi router.. I do not understand where the problem is.. Can any one suggest? I tried restarting the mobile and set all the networks to "forget" and rescanned the networks. All other networks are being shown.

Try restarting the router. happens to me sometimes too . I have to restart the router because my phone does not see it online.

Now, i've tried to give the phone a fixed IP and i'll wait and see if it will stop to see the wifi. Next on my to-do is to disable the MAC filtering, although i don't want to do that.

Tried that too.. didn't work. I am able to connect the router to my ipod touch but the mobile is not detecting it. though the mobile shows other wifi routers in the range. Also, as I mentioned, I was able to connect to my router since I bought the mobile. the problem started since last 2 days only.

no other device is connected to the router except the iPod. I also tried disconnecting the iPod and scanning in my mobile.. but didn't work.

Log on to your router and check Hidden SSID and also if a reset could help.

Today I tried again connecting to wifi and somehow it works again.. I don't know how it was fixed.. But thanks to @Johan and @D3xt3r..
