What doest it mean?

That icon could indicate network operator settings. Have you received any APN settings OTA?

Can you see any more info about this icon if you drop down the notification bar?

Are you able to place calls and send SMS?

same as mine .. now I can't receive SMS and tells that " Emergency calls only | No SIM card "

help us please .. what should we do ?

Hi,

There is no any description in notification bar. I discovered that it is simtoolkit. I recieved the APN settings. I've deleted theses APN's but it doesn't help. When I'm stoping simtollkit proccess manually the icon is dessapearing but in few seconds it appears again.
