strange problem

i am come from Hong Kong,sorry for my poor english first.

i have some questions.

1.i checked my phone's error report after the strange reboot, my xperia L(C2105) always hang at "surfaceFlinger" and "binder", why?

i tried Sony PC Companion, run in saft mode, factory reset..... but the problems still here.

2.Hong Kong's Xperia L still 15.0.A.1.31,when will update to 15.0.A.2.17? the problems in 1 will be fix?

Sony Hk cannot anwser me......
