hi!
I've got problem with internal storage space, what I don't really understand why.
It's a Z1, with 11.71gb internal storage space. I keep getting message about my storage space is running out.
I've got a 64GB memory card, I keep everything possible on that. My largest amounts are the Deezer app (music)
and my photos and videos - all stored on the memory card.
I've done everything been suggested here - e.g. delete facebook cache, clear call log, e-mails.
I went through all on my apps, deleted and uninstalled loads of them. Now I've got 425MB available and it keeps
telling me, that my storage space is running out and I'm still unable to update any of the applications, 'cause
I haven't got sufficient storage place.
So my questions are:
- obviously how can I get more space?
- If my internal/device storage space is over 11GB, and I store everything possible on the card,
and according to my phone - apart from the Deezer app - all the apps are on 1GB, how is it possible,
that out of 11,71GB I only have around 400MB available space?
Please give me some ideas, suggestions! Thanks in advance!
I'd hazzard a guess that the files are on your internal storage or are duplicated and are in a hidden folder or could be something simple like needing your cache to be cleaned - There are many cache cleaners on the Playstore if you want to give it a try
