storage problem..!

I m having xperia M.... Currently I am not able to open settings and everytime I try to open it.... Requires password which I had not set. Moreover this happens when my internal storage drops below 800 mb which is really very annoying. Please try to solve this. Coz I am not able to use bluetooth n portable fuctions. Please help.!!

Have you encrypted the phone? do you have an antivirus app?

When this password comes up, are you able to get past the password section and if so, how as if you did not set the password you wont know the password to get past it?

In most cases, when a password is required for settings, this is generally a security application that has been downloaded to minimize the users access.

I am not able to past that setting section because of the password requirement. And it crashes when I didn't enter correct password. I really don't know what to do.

Plz give me some idea so i can move my applications into internal memory in my xperia m dual(C2004)
